Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Beldi Rugs®, every rug is more than décor. It is a living work of Moroccan artistry. Many of our pieces are vintage or handwoven treasures, and unless explicitly stated, they are not new. Natural signs of use and wear may be present, reflecting their age, history, and the skilled hands that crafted them. These characteristics are part of what makes each rug distinctive, authentic, and full of story.

We provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution imagery for every rug in our online collection. Should you wish to see additional photos or request more information about a rug’s condition before purchase, please contact our team. We are delighted to provide guidance to ensure you select a piece that perfectly complements your home.

Exchanges

If, upon receiving your rug, you wish to exchange it, exchanges are welcome within seven (7) days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s cost and convenience.

  • To initiate an exchange, please submit your request via email to our team.

We are committed to ensuring that every Beldi Rug® you welcome into your home feels intentional, cherished, and enduring. By adhering to these guidelines, we preserve the integrity, beauty, and longevity of each handwoven, heritage piece throughout the exchange process.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Returned rugs must be received by us within seven (7) days of your refund request. If they are not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to withdraw the refund and instead issue a credit note.

  • Rugs must be returned in the same condition as delivered: clean, unmarked, unused, and free of damage, except for any age-related marks explicitly described in the product listing.

  • Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned rug, less the cost of shipping. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

  • Refunds paid via card can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • For trade clients paying via BACS, we aim to process all refunds within 3 business days.

  • If a returned rug shows use, damage, or marks beyond its original sellable condition, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable cleaning or repair costs from your refund. In such cases, we will notify you in writing with the associated costs and final refund amount.
