Vintage & Handwoven Rug Condition

At Beldi Rugs®, each rug is a unique work of Moroccan artistry. Many of our offerings are vintage or handwoven treasures, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not new. As such, they may display natural signs of age, use, or wear, an intrinsic part of their story, authenticity, and charm.

We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images for every rug. Should you wish for additional photographs or further condition information before purchasing, please contact our team. We are delighted to provide any details needed to help you select the perfect rug with confidence.

Private Viewings & Consultations

We understand that selecting a rug is a deeply personal experience. For clients in London, UK, private viewings in your home or workspace can be arranged upon request. Our team is always available via email at emma@beldirugs.com or through our contact form to answer questions, provide guidance, or schedule viewings.

Making a Purchase

Purchasing from Beldi Rugs® is simple and secure:

1. Add your desired item to your cart and click Checkout.

2. Complete the prompted details; we do not store or share your cart information with third parties.

3. Payment is securely processed via Stripe. Bank transfers or cash on collection are also accepted—contact us for invoices and payment instructions.

4. Orders cannot be dispatched until payment is fully cleared.

Delivery & Shipping:

• Local pickup: Available from our London SW13 location.

• Domestic courier: UK mainland deliveries generally arrive within 3–5 business days; allow up to 7 days due to courier scheduling.

• International shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days; certain destinations may require up to 20 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided via invoice for bespoke international orders.

Please ensure accurate mailing addresses and local phone numbers to avoid delivery issues. Beldi Rugs® is not responsible for parcels delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect recipient details.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We want every Beldi rug in your home to feel intentional and perfect. If you are not completely satisfied, our policies are as follows:

Exchanges:

• Available within seven (7) days of delivery.

• All shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s cost.

• Exchanges must be arranged via email; returned items must be in the condition received, unless prior age-related marks were specified.

Refunds:

• Refunds are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, subject to the same terms above.

• Returned rugs must arrive within seven (7) days of acceptance for refund. Late returns may result in a credit note instead.

• Returned rugs must be clean, unmarked, and unused, except for any age-related characteristics noted in the product description.

• Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the item, less shipping costs.

• Card refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Trade clients using BACs can expect refunds within three (3) business days.

• If returned items require cleaning or repair beyond the original sellable condition, Beldi Rugs® reserves the right to deduct these costs from the refund, with written notice provided.

International Orders

We currently ship to: Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Austria, Belgium, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Hong Kong. Other international destinations are welcome, but we strongly advise contacting us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Certain oversized, rare, or high-value items may have restrictions due to logistics or insurance considerations.
